You will be responsible for sales of various courses through inbound & outbound leads provided to you for various courses/training programs for our EdTech firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all tele-sales of all inbound & outbound leads provided to you
- Responsible for counselling of walk-in enquiries and closing them & converting into admissions
- Closing & converting all inbound leads for various courses
- Maintaining proper database of all provided leads as well as giving prompt & best customer support by advising various courses offered by the company
- Gather feedbacks from customers and share with internal teams for improvements if any

Experience/Requirements:
- Proven experience as Sales Executive
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Targets achiever with multitasking ability
- Fast learner & passion for sales
Skills:
- Convincing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical skills (should know using zoom,google drive & docs,emails etc)
- Ability to do cross sell,upsell as well as reference selling
