2:00 - 3:00 pm: Lunch.
3:00 - 5:00 pm: Business opportunities in dehydration, production process, governmental schemes, loans, etc.
5:00 - 7:00 pm: Dehydrated products quality check, understanding plant layout & machinery setup, product costing, margins, profit calculations, vendor selection, products packaging, labeling, sales & marketing, identifying customers B2B & B2C
Day 2 - Dehydration Plant Setup, Pretreatment, and Processing Practicals Plan
9:30 am - 2:00 pm: Hands-on practical: raw materials selection, cleaning, sorting, chopping, grading, blanching, & loading veggies on tray, machine setting, temperature checks, products packaging & labeling, storage. etc.
2:00 - 3:00 pm: Lunch.
3:00 - 4:00 pm: Dehydrated products quality check, understanding plant layout, product costing, margins, profit calculations
4:00 - 5:30 pm: Dialogue with entrepreneur - Discussing & studying case study of a successful entrepreneur who started industrial dehydration business from scratch
5:30 - 6:00 pm: Q&A and certifications
