  • Types & category of bakery products
  • Raw material selection & process calculations
  • Expert guidance on most selling & in-demand bakery products
  • Business opportunities: home scale,industrial scale,retail & wholesale trading

Module 2 : Hands on Practicals (Time: 2 PM to 7 PM)

  • Fermented Products:pav, Bread (sandwich/milk/wheat), Khari (twisted/plain/jeera/samosa/wheat)
  • Dry & flavored products:Cream roll, Wheat/Ragi Cookies, Nankhatai

Bakery Unit Setup & Hands on-Practicals


Module 1 : Hands on Practicals (Time: 9 AM to 1:30 PM)

  • Baked products : Cookies, Muffins, Doughnuts, Cake
  • Savoury products : Burger, Pizza base, Hotdog

Module 2 : Setting up a Bakery Unit (Time 2 PM to 6 PM)

  • How to start your own bakery
  • Introduction to bakery layout & equipments setup
  • Guidance on operational cost & maintenance of bakery layout
  • Guidance on machineries, equipments, product packaging & branding
  • Food safety, regulatory compliance,bakery hygiene etc
  • Vendor selection,supplier, land selection
  • How to procure staff for manufacturing setup
