Module 3: Export Promotion Councils (EPCs)

  • EPC Membership: RCMC Certificate, up to 5% incentives, tax benefits.
  • Market Access Initiative (MAI) Schemes.

Module 4: HS Code & ITC HS Code (Practicals)

HS Code Overview:

Module 5: Product Selection (Practicals)

  • Buyer Identification: Online & Offline methods, free/paid tools.
  • International Trade Fairs: Lead generation through exhibitions.
  • Buyer Verification: Authenticity checks.

Module 3: Negotiation & Converting Inquiry to Order

  • Approaches: Cold calling, intro emails, communication platforms.
  • Decision Makers: Effective engagement strategies.
  • Quotation: Preparation of quotations.

Module 4: Costing in Export (Practicals)

  • Cost Components: Guidance & Practicals on exchange rate, shipping, port charges, transport, freight, THC, packaging & palletizing charges.

Module 5: Export Documentation

  • Key Documents: Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Test Certificates.
  • Certification: Country & product-specific requirements.

Module 6: Incoterms & Payment Terms

  • Learn 11 INCOTERMS: FOB, CIF, CNF.
  • Payment Methods: 100% Advance, Letter of Credit (LC), Documents Against Payment (DP), Documents Against Acceptance (DA).
