Business Consultant
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Consultant to support and drive entrepreneurship-based projects executed at Silvassa and Vadodara. While local teams are in place at both locations, this role will operate from the Head Office and provide strategic oversight, project guidance, and high-level consulting support to entrepreneurs and project teams.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in business consulting, strategy formulation, business modelling, and project execution, preferably in MSME or startup ecosystems.
Experience/Requirements
4–8 years
- 4–8 years of experience in business consulting, startup advisory, MSME consulting, or management consulting.
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurship development, business planning, financial modelling, and strategy design.
- Experience in preparing project reports, financial projections, and funding documentation.
- Ability to analyze businesses across sectors and recommend scalable solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-interaction skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with geographically dispersed teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and familiarity with project management.
Skills
- MBA / PGDM in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in the same field.
- Additional certifications in management consulting or project management (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Entrepreneurial approach and ownership mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with structured thinking
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and entrepreneurs
