This course is aimed at training individuals in the Construction Sector/Industry for the role of a Bar Bender & Steel fixer. In constructing buildings, reinforced concrete plays a major role. For support and structural integrity, reinforced concrete systems require steel bars. Bar bending is the method of bending steel reinforcement into shapes required for the building of reinforced concrete. A bar bender must possess a reasonable amount of technological competence. A bar bender, for instance, must be able to analyze and comprehend drawings/plans/sketches. Upon knowing the drawing/sketch/plan, a professional bar bender and steel fixer may take care of things such as rebar form, rebar size, and reinforcement coverage, spacing, etc. The training program of Barbender and Steel Fixer is under the building technology trade. This trade contains aspects of mathematics as well. A bar bender must measure things such as the number of bars needed, the correct spacing, the cutting length for various shapes, etc. They are also qualified to control power instruments that are used for bar cutting and bending. A building is made of numerous types of RCC systems. Some of these common structures are slabs, beams, columns, footings, walls, and staircases. Each structure of the RCC has its own steel strengthening requirement. The system of repairing and positioning often differs from one RCC structure to another.
