We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking & establishing relationships to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new partners & executing partnership solutions like partnerships with knowledge, industrial &educational organizations, partnering with corporates for CSR projects
- Maintaining & deepening relationships with existing partners as well as with CSR & Government officials
- Should plan, work & present business model to all potential business partners
- Negotiating attractive partnership terms in line with business objectives & strategy
- Market research & analysis, defining strategic goals & plans, executing & onboarding new partners with legal formalities
- Working on & and presenting business models, opportunities of business, proposals etc, and managing legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms etc
Experience/Requirements:
- Good knowledge about Entrepreneurship, Start-ups, and Skill Development
- Prior experience in similar roles & strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
- Ability to achieve set targets and onboard new business partners
